The team has advised and represented leading global occupiers including IWG, Microsoft, Citibank, HSBC, eBay, Electronic Arts and Disney, alongside senior in-house leadership positions within major international operators and occupiers of commercial space.
Modern Working combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution across portfolio strategy, lease transactions, network growth and operational real estate delivery, with over 300,000 sq ft of transactions completed across the UK since 2024.
